Want to improve your performance through nutrition but don't know where to start?
EAT. PERFORM. RECOVER. is a nutrition coaching app built for runners, cyclists, triathletes, and anyone who trains with purpose.

✅ App-based - do it all on your phone
✅ Applicable to all endurance sports, of any distance and at any level (amateur to elite)

This isn't a quick-fix product full of 'hacks' and 'secrets'. Progress requires process, and the process isn't sexy (but the end result is!)
Is this right for you?

Those of you who know me will know that I am not a sale-sy type person, and that I genuinely want to help everyone with their nutrition and, in turn, their health. I'm a regular person; I'm a runner, I like mountain biking, I like cooking, I have a job, and I just want to share my expertise!

This is targeted at endurance athletes of any ability. If you are regularly training for an endurance event and you are serious about achieving your potential as an athlete, you need to learn about nutrition and prioritise fuelling just as much as you prioritise training.

Feel the difference good nutrition makes.
Unless you've experienced it, it's kind of hard to explain how much of a game changer good nutrition is. But once you've felt the difference that good fuelling makes, you'll wonder why it took you so long to get on board!

Why 12 weeks?
Science tells us that it takes a varying amount of time to form new habits, based on a number of factors, and nailing your nutrition requires the formation of several habits that take time to embed.
After 12 weeks I guarantee that you'll feel the difference from better nutrition.

The most common mistakes I see athletes make with their nutrition are:

1. Not nailing hydration.
Hydration is made up of both water and sodium, and I find many athletes don't understand the balance between the two and how to maintain effective hydration. Dehydration is a major reason for fatigue onset and can easily be avoided.

2. Not fuelling appropriately before and during quality training sessions.
Quality sessions are designed to improve a specific aspect of performance, such as speed, endurance, or strength - so any session that's not your basic easy endurance pace. Most athletes don't have the mindset of needing to adjust their fuelling based on the workout, but this is necessary in order to achieve the goal of the workout.

3. Thinking they are eating enough already.
Many people don't have a good grasp of how much is enough. They hear quantities bandied about like "90g of carbs" and "40g of protein", but can't tell me how much this is in terms of food.
What You’ll Achieve - break this down into milestones, week by week. Core offer plus bonuses. Include weekly group calls and ongoing monthly calls thereafter. This needs to become an incredibly important part of their life

If your coach can't offer legit nutrition coaching in addition to training (trust me, most of them can't because they're not trained to), then your performance will forever be limited.

Learning about nutrition is an investment that you can take forward with you for the rest of your sporting career, and will improve your quality of life and your healthspan.

The programme also includes ways to save money on nutrition like making your own gels, suggesting cheaper alternatives to some products, and reducing reliance on supplements.
