BACKYARD ULTRA - ENERGY AND ENDURANCE WORKSHOPS

If you're unsure about how much or what to eat or drink during a BYU to keep you lapping further, this workshop is for you. Take the guesswork out of your BYU nutrition so you know that nutrition won't be your limiting factor on the day.
A lot of backyarders face issues like:
