WHAT IS SPORTS NUTRITION?

A sports nutritionist works with generally healthy, active people who want to prioritise their performance and health.

Sports Nutrition is the practice of improving athletic performance and changing body composition through the use of diet.  A sports nutritionist develops personalised nutrition plans that take into account your individual lifestyle, training goals and nutritional literacy.  Real Health Sports Nutrition is a member of the Sports Nutrition Association which regulates the industry to ensure a minimum standard of education and practice.
