HOW DOES REAL HEALTH SPORTS NUTRITION WORK?

OPTION 1 – DOWNLOAD AND USE THE APP TO COACH YOURSELF
The self-coaching programmes give you everything you’d get from working 1:1 with a nutritionist, without needing to book consults.
Use the Nutrition Planning Template and self-check-ins to spot any gaps, track your progress, and keep yourself accountable.
You can also join the monthly Q&A sessions to ask questions and make sure you’re on the right track.

OPTION 2 – DOWNLOAD AND USE THE APP WITH ADDITIONAL 1:1 ACCOUNTABILITY SESSIONS
For the most effective results, combine the self-coaching programmes in the app with 1:1 sessions for extra guidance, support, and accountability.
This option gives you personalised feedback, tailored adjustments, and an expert coach to keep you moving towards your goals.

OPTION 3 - 1:1 CONSULTS

Or you may just want to have a dedicated discussion about your nutrition with a nutritionist! In any case, you can book 1:1 sessions with Hannah below.

Who is Real Health Sports Nutrition NOT for?

Real Health Sports Nutrition's primary goal is to improve performance through nutrition. If you have a specific weight loss or body composition goal, then Real Health Sports Nutrition may not be the best fit for you.

​

Additionally, as a member of the Sports Nutrition Association, Real Health Sports Nutrition uses only evidence-based interventions and makes only recommendations that are proven and safe. This usually excludes fads and bro science.

​

Finally, Real Health Sports Nutrition does not recommend fasting or fasted training, and promotes the use of carbohydrates as a performance enhancer. If you have been diagnosed with diabetes or pre-diabetes, then please contact Hannah directly for fuelling strategies that do not rely on carbohydrates.
